Do you need enzyme supplements ?
Food is important in our health. We need to get healthy meals, eat enough vegetables/fruits, take vitamis and drink enough water everyday. We also need to get enough sleep and do exercise frequently. We have do all the activity but still have low energy and always sick. Do you know what happen? It is about your enzyme levels.
Have you heard about enzyme levels? It is a value to know your body power. FOr your info, enzyme will help body to digest food, stimulate brain, provide more cellular energy and repairing organs, tissues and our cells system. As we getting older, the enzyme function will decrease. Other than that, enzyme could destroy by certain adding food chemical and cooking process. It is bad for our health when the enzyme levels is low.
Most of our meals is cook and processed whether at home at restaurant. In restaurant, we can’t do anything about the cooker process so let’s cook at home. You need to know while cooking many vital enzymes will destroyed by heat process. To balance it, eat more raw foods. Food uncooked contain full enzymes that needed for digestion. The more we eat raw food, more enzyme will produce.
Back to the topic. Do you need enzyme supplements? Beside, eat more raw food to get enzymes, it still not enough. Most of them not have extra enzyme to replenish body’s enzymes. Unless we eat a total raw diet, we still need enzyme supplement. It will help to give enough enzymes to enhance our immune system. The enzyme supplement will give more energy and prevent disease process. And we can eat cooked meals too..
