Keep Good health in hot weather


In some country, the hot weather is bad. It can reach 40oC and the condition is bad. The dry condition will affect your health. There are many disease such as fever, dehydrate occur in this season.
This is some basic tips to keep good health in hot weather

1. Always wear cool clothing such as natural fabrics. Use hats and umbrellas when you have outdoor activity.
2. Use air conditioning to make your body cool.
3. Pull the curtains to prevent direct sunlight and open windows at night.
4. Avoid outdoor activity especially in hot hours. Check the information about weather forecast before doing outdoor activity.
5. Avoid physical activity especially in hot location.
6. Avoid hot meals. It will effect your blood circulation.
7. Always check with your doctor if get fever symptom.
8. You must need to drink enough water. Drink isotonic water to prevent dehydrate especially when you need to do outdoor activity.

That’s all. Always take care about your body in hot temperature. If not, your body will get problem.
