Sport increase sperm quality

Prepare your shoes and start being active in sports. This is because there are diligent study found that men who exercise regularly have better quality sperm.
According to Professor Diana Vaamonde Cardoba Medical University, Spain, sports activities to stimulate production of testosterone which acts produce sperm cells.
The study was based on tests on 31 men who regularly play sports for three to five hours a day in a week.
However, recreational activities can not be done too extreme because it can cause reduction in sperm quality, particularly men aged over 50 years.
