Strengthen Your Immune System
Most of us have heard about immune system but do you really know about it?
Immune System is a system of biological structures that defend against viruses, toxins, bacteria and parasites. It is the collective of a trillion white blood cells, antibodies and the thymus gland. Boosting immune system response is very important especially for people who live in crowded people. They easily exposed by virus and bacteria. Strength immune system will make your body healthy.

Why Immune System is important ?
1. It that prevents bacteria and viruses by creating a barrier.
2. The immune system detect and eliminate virus before it can make itself at home and reproduce.
How to strengthen your immune system ?
1. Frequent washing your hand and make it as a habit. In face to face communication, avoid touching nose or mouth.
2. Get a good nutrition in your meal. Take Vitamin C because it will help to strength your blood cells and make strong white blood cells. White blood cells are important to identify viruses. Calcium and magnesium will help your body absorb Vitamin C and others nutrients.
3. Make some exercise on a regular basis. Exercise will help to increase immunity and decrease the infection.
4. Brewed tea is the good drink to strengthen the immune system because it contain many antioxidants.
5. Mushrooms can modulate and strengthen the immune system.
6. Get adequate rest. Sleep is important to make your immune system strong. Less sleep will make your body decreased in immune.
7. Avoid from pollution because it will weakened your immune system. Make a meal with organic food and always drink plenty of clean water. It will flush toxin in your body.
8. Stress can become a major to weak your immune system. Consider such relaxation activities such as prayer, Tai Chi to increase your relaxation level.
9. A diet can strength your immune system. Lower your fat by choose a suitable diet. Meal with low fat and low calories is the best way for your diet.
