There a news that toothbrushing will lower risk to get heart disease . The study from British Medical Journal found 70 % of those people with poor oral hygiene get extra risk of heart disease. The theory is based on people who have heart problems and diabetes because inflammation gets gum disease. The disease will build up of clogged arteries and effect on heart.
This research can’t prove that healthy teeth can prevent heart disease. Overall, this study show the important to have healthy gum and prevent tooth decay. There’s no guarantee that it will cut your risk of heart problems, but it’s unlikely to do you any harm.
