Eating with braces can take quite a bit of getting used to, but after a day or two you’ll find that you’re able to eat all of your favourite foods. Many braces are now removable, so eating isn’t an issue. However, with fixed braces such as Damon Braces, there are a few foods that are likely to cause you problems. Whilst wearing braces you should avoid very hard, chewy and sticky foods, but most stable products are find to be consumed whist wearing braces.
