If you are plagued by pimples and blackheads, look for a cleanser with salicyclic acid, an anti-inflammatory that will take away redness and unclog the pores. If you are more prones to whiteheads, you have find a cleanser with benzoyl peroxides. If you have whiteheads and blackheads, you will want to alternate treatments – salicyclic acid one night, benzoyl peroxides the next. Which brand of cleanser doesn’t matter as long as it provides you the right ingredients for your skin. These days, though, it’s hard to turn on the television without catching an informencial for one or multistep acne treatments especially advertisements in facebook, and all that advertising and testimonial can be pretty convincing.

Some people use traditional ways to avoid those skin problem as they won’t apply chemicals on their skin. Here are examples of several ways:

a)      Boil 9 guava leaves in a glass of water in about 10 to 15 minutes or until water turn dark. Wash your face with guava leaves mixture twice a day. It can soothe inflammation and remove redness of acne on your face.

b)      Tomatoes can be used to get rid of acne and blackheads by slice the tomatoes in half and apply to face with acne or blackheads. Eating tomatoes also can give benefits for health and your face.

c)       Egg whites usage are well known to remove blackheads and reduce acne. Seperate egg yolk and take the white only. Whisk briefly and apply it using cotton puff on your face, leave in about 10 to 15 minutes. It act like a mask and sticky. Egg white will help to reduce oil on the face which cause acne.

d)      Do you know that stress can delay the healing of scarred tissue and it favors the damaging action of free radicals and toxins on skin cells? Stress weaken immune system and make it difficult for your body to fight against bacteria responsible for acne formation. some said, the higher the stress level, more prone to production of acne on your face. As a good starting point, reduce your stress level and your circulation wil be improved, toxins are eleminated easier, body become more stronger and skin start to recover from pimple scar.

In a nutshell, traditional cleanser is much better to be used as they free from any chemical harm and maintain your skin structure from thinning your skin. In addition, keep in good diet, have a regular exercise and reduce your stress.
