1. Always eat breakfast

Believe it or not, the first meal for a day is the most important, providing the fuel needed by the body to ensure you are able to have your day. Never miss breakfast, and if there’s no time to eat pieces of breakfast (breakfast bar), a banana or apple, or drink a glass of juice.

2. Eat less but more often

Research has shown that eating less and more healthy food actually gives you more energy than eating large quantities of more, which often make you feel
tired and sleepy! Try eating healthy snacks every four hours to keep your energy level.

3. Exercise

Walking, jogging or cycling at least fifteen minutes each day. Any type of physical activity will increase your energy level. Find the time between breaks, classes, before or after work. Plan and establish a schedule for exercise. You will see immediate improvement in your energy level.

4. Give your cell to eat

If you often or only occasionally feeling of extreme tiredness and fatigue, this may be a sure sign that the cells in your body is not receiving enough nutrients.
