Washing hands is important to ensure your health in good condition. It is the best way to stop germ and bacteria from spreading. It is important because nowaday bacteria effect on our body. Most of us don’t pay attention and take easy to wash hand. Do you know why to wash hands ? It is a must activity because washing hands could prevent infections.

Washing hands could prevent infections because :

People frequently touch their eyes, nose, and mouth without even realizing it. Germs can get into the body through the eyes, nose and mouth and make us sick.
Germs from unwashed hands can get into foods and drinks while people prepare or consume them. Germs can multiply in some types of foods or drinks, under certain conditions, and make people sick.
Germs from unwashed hands can be transferred to other objects, like handrails, table tops, or toys, and then transferred to another person’s hands.
Removing germs through handwashing therefore helps prevent diarrhea and respiratory infections and may even help prevent skin and eye infections.

So when are the best times to wash your hands?

* Before and after eating . You also need to wash your hand before cooking or serve the meals.
* It is a must after using the bathroom.
* Blowing your nose or coughing is spreading bacteria. You need to wash hand.
* Animals bring more germ and bacteria, so you need to wash hand.
* After do outdoor activity.
* Before and after visiting a sick relative or friend

The correct way to wash hands

1. Wet your hands with clean running water. Use warm water if possible.
2. Use antibacterial soap because it give more protection to your body.
3. Work up some lather on both sides of your hands, your wrists and between your fingers. Don’t forget to wash around your nails. Rubbing your hands for 20-25 second.
4. Rinse and dry well with a clean towel.
