Health benefits of showering at night

Have you ever heard that taking shower at night brings bad health? Many of us believe that taking a bath at night could cause effect to health. But it is really true or just a myth? Okay, honestly I’m one of the believer before but my friend who will be a doctor argue the statement. He show a link that there’s no medical evidence that having a bath at night cause chronic diseases.

In a tropical country, the climate is hot and humid, taking a bath at night poses no problems unless you are suffering from pneumonia and living in cold countries where there is winter. Showering at night is good as it helps to rid the bacteria and virus from the body’s surface. Failure to take regular showeres including at night can induce some skin illnesses apart from creating body odour.
Taking a shower at night will help to get endurance and high spirit. It is better to get warm shower if is too late at night. It is a natural way to revitalise an individual’s body and mind. The person will not only get good sleep but also stay asleep longer after a shower at night.
