During Ramadhan Muslims all over the world observe fast in the month of Ramadhan. They do not eat and drink whole day to fulffill the will of Allah.
Halitosis or bad breath can happen following no fluid or food consumption throughout day. It is highly recommended to take plenty of water during suhoor and aftar timings in order to keep your skin and mouth fresh.

This is some tips to practice during Ramadhan :-
Avoid weight gain during Ramadan: Healthy and well balanced Iftar along with moderate physical activity during the day will keep you fit and energetic. When breaking your fast, start with a glass of warm water and few dates –these are high fast-acting carbohydrates but they are also packed with magnesium, potassium and fiber. Then it’s all about lighter fare, such as salads, soups and yogurt. Make sure to include proteins in your daily Ramadan meals: Meat, fish, nuts and dairy products are reach in proteins. Make sure you include one of those. Proteins are vital for our health, it boosts metabolism, maintain your satiation level and reduce sugar cravings.

Do not neglect Suhoor: Suhoor is meant to supply you with strength and energy throughout the day. Low fat diary or skimmed milk, whole grain breads, rice or cereals and dried fruits will maintain your blood sugar level and improve digestion.
