Importance to white your teeth

Do you want to have perfect white and sparkling teeth?? Most of us will say ‘YES’.It is really nice to have brightest smile. Bad teeth will give effect on your life.
Some of us don’t know the white teeth are important especially in the face to face conversation. People will compliment you on your smile. Ugly yellow teeth will give bad impression from your audience. It always occurs because most of us not really care about teeth health. There are many ways to make your teeth white and health. This is some tips I like to share :-

1. Avoid drinking carbonated drinks. Acid carbonated can dissolve the upper layers of the tooth. It contains phosphorus that can damage your teeth bones and increase the possibility to lose your teeth.
2. Smoking is not just bad habit for your lungs but it also effect on your teeth. It cause staining of the teeth and make your teeth yellow. It isn’t easy to white your teeth for heavy smoker.
3. Drinking too coffee or tea will stain your teeth and make them yellow. Let’s minimize your drink habit. Change to drinking more water and milk.
4. Checkup at dentist nearer you at least six months per year. Do some full checkups include a full cleaning and tooth treatment.
5. Always brush your teeth. The best practice is 3 times per day. The time is after wake up, in the middle of day and before sleep. It is better if you use whitener toothpaste to brush your teeth.
6. Using floss when you brush because it will help to keep your gum healthy and protect against gum diseases. Flossing can remove small pieces of food that trapped between your teeth. There are many floss aids and electric floss tools that useful to help get the job done.
7. Avoid sugar, candy, chocolate, chewing gum. Biting hard candies can cause fractures, breaks and chipping in your teeth. It will weaken your teeth
8. Some of us have a bad habit biting nails because it will damage your teeth.
9. Choose the suitable toothbrush. Some of us have sensitive gum and will bleed if you scrub hard. To prevent bacteria, always change your toothbrush at least every two months. Don’t push too hard when brushing, see careful at the mirror the area to brush. Give more attention between your teeth and wash your mouth using clean water.
10. Eat more fruit and detergent. Strawberry contains malic acid which helps to remove surface stains. Apples, raw carrot and celery are good food as your detergent for your meal. Eat the detergent as a final food and you can skip brushing your teeth.

There are other’s options such as using a product to ensure your teeth whitening. There are many tooth whitening and teeth bleaching products in the market. As usual, refer to your dental nearest before buy it.
