Question: Can a doctor describe the problem andropaus and its impact on man?

Brother Jo,

First, I must inform you that the word or term is not really accurate andropaus. In physiological, men are different from women.

When menopausal women lose their reproductive ability is to conceive and bear children. There was a violent what is often referred to as menopause or situations when estrogen levels are too low.

Symptoms such as fatigue, joint pain, lack of appetite and dry vagina can arise shortly before menopause or after the menopause.

For men, testosterone levels decline occurs slowly from the end of the 30’s or early 40’s and continuing to the end. This condition is called syndrome less testosterone.

Reduction of testosterone can occur very slowly or rapidly to very low levels up to give the symptoms of mild, moderate or severe. The pattern of this reduction depends on the health of a man.

For example, if you have a problem of obesity, hypertension, diabetes and heart disease, and hormone levels will be very low, while if you adopt a positive lifestyle and health, hormone levels may not decrease or decreased very slow rate, but may no symptoms at all.

A very common symptom in men is similar to the symptoms of menopause that women experience fatigue, joint pain, quick to stress, lack of appetite or libido, less violent penis and semen as well as many other symptoms that are not specific.

Doctors need to identify disease faced by medical examination and investigation of blood tests before confirming a man andropaus problems. Now, a lot of treatment that has proven positive impact on quality of life of men and their partners.
