Chinese people are familiar with their traditional health exercise. One of popular exercise is qigong ( or ch’I kung).

What is Qigong meditation ?

In Chinese, qi means energy and is found in heaven, in the earth and in every living thing. All of these different types of energy interact with each other and convert into each other. The word ‘qong’ means energy and time. Qigong include heaven qi, earth qi and human qi.

The qigong meditation technique used the slow movement and control breath to ensure the good circulation with the body and enhance the health. Medical qigong includes internal and external health. Internal developed when exercise while external exist after the exercise.
Qigong practices can be classified as martial, medical, or spiritual. All styles have three things in common: they all involve a posture, (whether moving or stationary), breathing techniques, and mental focus.
