Cialis and Viagra have been the little pill saviours of the male world ever since their inception, but it seems the population of young Viagra and Cialis poppers is expanding by the day. Sadly, that’s not what the pill was first created for. Viagra pills and Cialis 5mg pills are meant to be used only if you have a prescription from your doctor stating that you do indeed have erectile dysfunction, impotence, and are not able to attain a proper erection. Not all of the times when you can’t ace it in the bedroom are because of erectile dysfunction. Sometimes it can be related to relationship problems, stress from work, or other unaddressed psychological problems.
Erectile Dysfunction happens when a man is 75% of the time unable to maintain an erection. The general science behind a normal erection takes place when the two chambers, called the corpora cavernosa, of the penis are filled with blood thus causing the penis to expand and stiffen. An erection begins from the brain and works its way through the nerves to the penis. If a person has erectile dysfunction, then his penis will not respond to the messages from his brain. There are ways to treat it. ED is usually not so common at an early age and is usually a dysfunction that is found in those over 40, and more frequent in those over 50. Viagra and Cialis work by increasing the blood circulation into the penis causing it to enlarge and stiffen. Both Viagra and Cialis are the most widely used drugs for ED around the world.
Before you take Viagra or Cialis you should always consult your doctor for his/her advice. If either pills are taken without professional medical consent then adverse side effects like severe headaches, chest pains, and temporary loss of eyesight can result. When discussing the use of sexual enhancement pills with your doctor, be sure to discus any other medications that you are already using and if you have had any problems with heart disease in the past.
Discuss the matter with your significant other before you start using the enhancement pills. Keep it all open and on the table, so to speak, so that there is no breach of trust or place for a misunderstanding. There are times, especially when age takes the fair share of your energy, that you might be up and ready to go with Viagra or Cialis, but your partner may not feel up to it. Make sure that you are both on the same page. This will make your use of the pill all the sweeter. 😉
Go easy on fast foods, heavy meals, and fatty foods 2 hours before you use Viagra or Cialis. These all with slow down the effects of Viagra in your bloodstream.
Do not drink alcohol two hours before or after using enhancement pills. It might feel like a great high, but side effects will follow as the Sildenafil in Viagra and Cialis does not respond well to alcohol.
Viagra is not a daily pill and should only be taken when you need it, and try to leave a days gap between usage.
Go slow and enjoy the ride once the effects of the pill start to kick in. There is no need to try to fit all your fun into a short window of time before the high runs dry. Viagra is active in your body for 30 minutes to 4 hours, or more for some men, while Cialis is active in your body for 36 hours. This is why it earned the name “the weekend pill”!
Along the same line as the above, Cialis and Viagra will not create an erection or make you feel in the mood all on their own. In order for these pills to have the desired effect a sufficient amount of foreplay is needed. Also, Viagra and Cialis should be taken an hour before sexual activity. In a way, this factor makes the pill have an added bonus since you need the foreplay and can’t just skip to the main course.
Always follow your doctor’s prescription when using Viagra and Cialis, and carefully read the instructions as well. Depending on the status of your health, you may need a smaller dosage.
