– Pepperoni pizza has many calories. It contains nearly 300 calories on on e slice. It also have saturated fat and sodium that could cause dehydration for the kids.
3. Sports Drinks
– Maybe we think the sport drinks could help kids to prevent dehydration but the drinks contain high amounts of sugar. A study found that children will get risk for obesity by 60% for additional serving of sugar.
4. Ice pops
– Ice pop also come with many sugar. It could cause weight gain with the empty calories. The ice-pop filled with sugar or high fructose corn syrup and artifical flavoring.

– Cookies contain fat and sugar. Kids are love to eat too many cookies especially when they play computer games or watch tv. It could cause diabetes for them.
