Certain type of physical activities that involves flexing the hip such as sking, skating, jogging, soccer even cycling interact with the form hip causing damage which lead to Osteoarthritis.
Studies found more than 3/9 of the young patient has been effect of hip replacement.

I hope this study could lead for any researcher to find solution. To avoid exercise Dr John Esdaile tell at the video is impossible. The exercise he mention is top popular sport in the worldwide. So, maybe the researcher could prompt physiotheraphy for the sport and sport science people.
